Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. (the "Company") today announced the following organizational and personnel changes, effective March 15, 2008. |

1. Organizational changes (effective March 15, 2008) |
The Company has established a Marine Production Division within Marine Operations by integrating production management, procurement and the mold business. The new division will serve to further strengthen the Company's manufacturing function and optimize manufacturing costs. |
