In order to review and revise the companywide export-management procedures, Yamaha Motor has established a Security Trade Control Office. Specifically, the Control Office will form a new organization charged with improving and strengthening the Company’s business-partner screening, internal investigation, internal procedures and education of company personnel in the area of ethics. |
