Since then, the company has helped advance the domestic and overseas production activities of the Yamaha Motor Group by promoting automation of factory equipment and compact general-purpose machines worldwide. However, in response to changing business conditions surrounding the company, including the recent dramatic shift of design and manufacturing functions for equipment, jigs and molds overseas, Yamaha Motor decided to dissolve Mint Co., Ltd. and transfer its business operations to Yamaha Motor. |
