Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. (YMC) will mount a booth at the 42nd Tokyo International Boat Show to be held from Feb. 8 to 11 at the Tokyo Big Sight (Koto Ward, Tokyo).
The products to be displayed range widely, from product hardware centering around new 2003 model boats, the new environment-friendly personal watercraft with cleaner emissions and the marine engine line, to introductions of software aspects of YMCs business such as promotional and educational activities.
The theme of this years booth will be The Sea - One-of-a-kind Weekends and it is designed to convey the joys of marine leisure in its many forms.
At this years boat show the Yamaha booth features special contents aimed at helping children and their teachers find enjoyable ways to deepen their appreciation of marine leisure. |

In these corners visitors can get register for a boat license course or renew their license, join Yamahas boat rental club as well as accessing all kinds of information about things like used boats, berthing facilities and events. |

Many types of marine accessories are on display. One item of special interest to many boaters is the full line of Life Raft Jackets designed to meet the recent needs for full-time lifejacket wearing. |

Other attractions the whole family can enjoy include a video game machines that gives you a virtual experience of the boat fishing and a Glasstron movie that lets you experience the excitement of PWC riding.
A corner has also been set up for the Japan Marine Sports Promotion Foundation, which YMC supports, to introduce many interesting contents of the Waterside Activities program which aims to provide children and educators with enjoyable ways to learn about the fun of marine leisure. |
